E-Group Couple/Adult Fellowship

"I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of
these, you did not do for me." (Matthew 25:45)

The above teaching of Jesus Christ has become an important blue-print of our fellowship. Currently, we have 16 couple / adult members, who are in the matured to middle age group.

Some of us are relatively experienced Christians, while some others are newly converted or still seeking for God, despite which, we all have a common goal. The goal is, through our fellowship, we need to clearly understand our real needs spiritually and practically at a deeper level. In Christ, we as parts of 'Christ's body', learn to care for our members, to provide the timely pastoral support, as to establish each other in Christ and seek for spiritual growth.

The E-Group meets every fourth Saturday at our church. Currently, the 10 children who come along with their parents on the evenings, except for one baby girl (Emily), are boys whose ages range from 8 to 13. We clearly see the need to provide some relevant care for them.

Since six months ago, we have started our attempt to run a 1.5-hour session of "Little Brothers Family Fellowship". The focus is within the Australian / Chinese culture, how to help our "little brothers" establish the sensitivity to values integrating our Christianity with families; how to interpret and nurture the parent/children relationship from Christians' perspectives. It appears that our "little brothers" have gradually built up a pretty strong "bonding". With God's grace, the effectiveness is significant.

E-Group has scheduled the meeting time as follows:

Time : Every 4th Saturday
Place : Church Main Hall
Schedules:

5:00 pm "Little Brother Family Fellowship"

Looking ahead, we pray for God's grace in giving our E-Group Fellowship more brothers, sisters, and friends who are still seeking for God. We wish to share our gospel with them in an environment with godly love, care and passion by means of faithful actions and witnessing. In Jesus love, we try to identify with individuals' difficulties, weakness and yet accept each other. More importantly, our fellowship group will grow with our church's development.

We pray for our Lord Father's grace and blessing.
