Iru is the associate pastor for the English speaking congregation. His first degree was a Bachelor of Science (in Pure Mathematics & Computer Science). He first worked as a computer programmer, before answering God's call to ministry in 1993. During his time in the United States , he graduated with a Master of Divinity in 1996, a Master of Theology (in Biblical Studies) in 1998, and his second Master of Theology (in New Testament) in 2000.

Megan is the associate part time pastor for the English speaking congregation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Ministries with first class honours in systematic theology (2002). Her first degree was a Bachelor of Arts (honours) in English Literature. She first worked as an editor, before answering God call to ministry in 1998.

She is married to Anton, and has 2 young boys, Ethan and Luc. Between pastoring at BHCBC and parenting she has her hands full, but occasionally she finds time to do some teaching or speaking elsewhere. She is passionate about all people everywhere coming to know how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ for them, and excited about continuing in relationships with God and others forever. Her current interests include connecting with people via the internet, working out how to be a good parent, and trying to get a life outside kids!
