比華利山華人浸信會轄下的小樹熊遊戲組是由一群熱心的父母組成，為居住在 St. George 的華人家庭，提供一個舒適的活動場合，讓學前兒童及其家庭，得到一 定的社區支援。
Beverly Hills Chinese Baptist Church Playgroup is formed by a group of enthusiastic parents, with an aim of providing a relaxing social environment for Chinese speaking families in the St. George area. We welcome every family with children from 0-5 years old. It is held in the church, every Tueday morning 10am-12pm (Except School Holiday and 1st Tue of School Term). Activities include games, story telling, crafts, tea time and talks. Cantonese, Mandarin speaking are welocome.

參加Playgroup的益處

What is a Playgroup?
In Australia, most playgroups are formed by volunteers, with an aim to provide pre-schooler with a safe environment to learn basic socialskills. Through the context, they can have a smooth transition to their first year of school life.
Benefits of joining a Playgroup
Modern society is composed of nuclear families. Members of these families, no matter they are parents, children orgrandparents, may sometimes lack of support they need.Playgroups are excellent opportunities for them to get support in a mutual basis.
To the children:. Learn to share with others. Adjust to a routine lifestyle, e.g. listening,patience and following instructions. Motivate learning. Problem solving.
To parents or guardians:. A friendly social environment. An opportunity to share the joys and hardships of parenting. Access to professional help.
